Operating in a law workplace frequently indicates long hours and late nights, particularly doing probate work. Getting in prior to 7 A.M. and staying till well past service hours, I presumed that I would always be readily available for whoever might call me. Recently, my office changed our business phone system and I started to notice a drop in the variety of calls I was getting each day. It was such a modification, in fact, that I had the ability to get my work ended up much earlier than typical. While I now have a lot of calls to capture up on, I am grateful that the company we went with for our new phone system provides such proficient customer support. I think that in the phone service, as in any business, it is critical to success.
